Milk500 ml
Corn Starch3 tablespoon
Condensed Milk1 can(s)
Sour cream200 g
Sifted Gems2 unit(s)
Vanilla1 dessert spoon
Bis (2 packs)2 unit(s)
Chocolate Bar90 g
Sour cream200 g

In a pan add the milk and corn starch, mix with off fire.
Then add the condensed milk, the yolks and the vanilla. Turn the heat on low and stir until it leaves the bottom of the pan.
Turn off the heat, add the cream and stir.
To make the frosting, place the chocolate in pieces in a container, take it to the microwave for 30 to 30 seconds. Add the cream and mix well.
In a refractory add half the cream, then add the crumbled Bis. Add the rest of the cream and cover with the chocolate icing. Take the fridge for 2 hours.
