- Cocoa Powder1 tablespoon
- Whey Protein3 tablespoon
- Oats in Fine Flakes1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Coconut Oil1 to taste
- Grease a mug with coconut oil
- Mix all the ingredients and beat well with a fork.
- Place in the microwave for approximately 3 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test. If the dough is still raw, microwave it for another 2 minutes. Wait 1 minute with the microwave closed. And then remove the mug, to prevent the cake from wilting.
