- Pre-cooked corn hominy500 g
- Milk800 ml
- unsweetened coconut milk200 ml
- Sour Cream200 ml
- Grated unsweetened coconut500 g
- Coconut Whey Protein60 g
- Clove to taste
- Cinnamon Stick to taste
- 1. Place the pre-cooked corn hominy, cloves, cinnamon stick, milk (700ml) and coconut milk in a pan, stir well over medium heat until thick.
- 2. Add the grated coconut and powdered milk, keep stirring.
- 3. Mix the whey and milk (100ml), to make a cream before throwing it in the pan.
- 4. Add the cream and the whey syrup, stir some more. Your protein soup is ready! Now, just attack! Finally, you can add paçoquinha and/or cinnamon powder.
