  • Pre-cooked corn hominy500 g
  • Milk800 ml
  • unsweetened coconut milk200 ml
  • Sour Cream200 ml
  • Grated unsweetened coconut500 g
  • Coconut Whey Protein60 g
  • Clove to taste
  • Cinnamon Stick to taste
  1. 1. Place the pre-cooked corn hominy, cloves, cinnamon stick, milk (700ml) and coconut milk in a pan, stir well over medium heat until thick.
  2. 2. Add the grated coconut and powdered milk, keep stirring.
  3. 3. Mix the whey and milk (100ml), to make a cream before throwing it in the pan.
  4. 4. Add the cream and the whey syrup, stir some more. Your protein soup is ready! Now, just attack! Finally, you can add paçoquinha and/or cinnamon powder.
