- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 1 cup cornstarch100 g
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar10 g
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine25 g
- 1 box of sour cream200 g
- In a bowl, place the eggs and beat until fluffy and fluffy. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 1/2 cup of sugar and beat well.
- Gradually add the cornstarch and stir gently to combine.
- Line a small round shape with parchment paper, pour the dough and take it to the oven preheated to 180º for 25 minutes.
- In a pan put 1/2 cup of sugar and melt until it turns into a caramel. Add the butter or margarine, the cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Unmold the cake, cover with the caramel and serve.
