  • Overripe banana of any type6 unit(s)
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Oats (flour or flakes)2 cup
  • Raisins1 cup
  • Coconut oil / lard / butter1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Baking powder2 tablespoon
  1. Blend the ingredients, except for the yeast and 2 bananas, in a blender.
  2. After beating well, mix in the yeast, stirring carefully with a spoon.
  3. Grease a shape, and distribute on it slices of the 2 reserved bananas.
  4. On top of the bananas, pour the dough.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
  6. Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes.
  7. Do the fork or toothpick test. Skewer the cake, if the fork comes out dry, it's ready.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve!
