  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Margarine4 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk1/5 cup
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. Cake: In a bowl or mixer, add the eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons of margarine and beat well.
  2. Then add the wheat flour, the yeast and the milk, and beat again until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Unite a form with margarine and wheat flour and take it to the oven preheated to 200° degrees
  4. After 30 minutes open the oven and check with a toothpick if the cake is ready
  5. If the toothpick comes out dirty, it's still not good, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
  6. After it's ready, wait for it to cool, unmold and set aside.
  7. Roof : In a pan put a box of condensed milk, a box of cream and a spoon of margarine.
  8. Stir well until it thickens and comes to a boil.
  9. Once it boils, remove from the heat and pour it over the cake while it is still hot.
  10. Wait for it to cool down and serve.
