  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Orange2 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Yeast2 dessert spoon
  • For the syrup: orange2 unit(s)
  • For the syrup: sugar3 tablespoon
  1. Unite a 30 cm hole shape or your preference with margarine and wheat flour and set aside. Pre heat the oven to 180°.
  2. Beat the wet ingredients in the blender or a mixer, then mix the dry ones, last the baking powder and beat lightly.
  3. Pour into the greased tin and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Preparing the syrup: Juice of 2 oranges, 3 tablespoons of sugar, bring to a low heat and mix until it forms a thin syrup, let it cool, when the cake is ready and cold, throw the syrup on top and serve.
