- Orange juice or milk (choose one of the two).1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Condensed milk (for syrup)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream (can be box)1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat for 10 minutes.
- Then gradually add the rest of the ingredients. Always hitting really well.
- Put it in a greased shape and Light to bake in preheated oven 180°. About 35 minutes depending on the oven.
- For the syrup, you don't need to put it on fire. Mix the 3 ingredients very well in a bowl. Make holes in the cake and pour the syrup. You can sprinkle over sugar, coconut or powdered milk. What you prefer!
- Keep it in the fridge and serve it chilled.
