  • Orange juice or milk (choose one of the two).1 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Condensed milk (for syrup)1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream (can be box)1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Baking Powder1 teaspoon
  1. Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat for 10 minutes.
  2. Then gradually add the rest of the ingredients. Always hitting really well.
  3. Put it in a greased shape and Light to bake in preheated oven 180°. About 35 minutes depending on the oven.
  4. For the syrup, you don't need to put it on fire. Mix the 3 ingredients very well in a bowl. Make holes in the cake and pour the syrup. You can sprinkle over sugar, coconut or powdered milk. What you prefer!
  5. Keep it in the fridge and serve it chilled.
