PARA LA MASSA 
Bata as gemas (peineradas) ate obter um creme claro.
Acrescente depois o açucar e a baunilha batendo por mais 10 minutos.
Colocar a farinha, a fecula e o fermento aos pocos e bater.
Ir colocando un pouco das claras batidas para poder melhor a massa.
Acrescentar delicadamente , com ajuda de uma espatula, o restante das claras para massa nao perder volume.


TO THE MASS
Whisk the yolks (peinerated) until you get a light cream.
Then add the sugar and vanilla beating for another 10 minutes.
Add the flour, starch and yeast in small increments and beat.
Add a little of the beaten egg whites to make the dough better.
Gently add, with the help of a spatula, the rest of the egg whites so that the dough does not lose volume.


Colocar numa forma forrada com papel manteiga untada e enfarinhada.


Place on a greased and floured baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


Depois de assados os disquinhos ,polvilhar farinha em cima deles com uma peneira.


After the discs are baked, sprinkle flour on top of them with a sieve.


Tire as raspas e o suco dos limões.
Leve ao fogo baixo as raspas de limao , suco,ovo(100)gemas(100)e açucar(270).

Remove the zest and juice from the lemons.
Bring the lemon zest, juice, egg (100) yolks (100) and sugar (270) to a low heat.

Depois que o curd esfriar um pouco ,guarde o vidro na geladeira .


After the curd has cooled down a bit, store the jar in the fridge.


Montar os bem casados e decorar com embalagem bem caprichadas
