Wheat Flour140 g
Whole or semi-skimmed milk180 ml
Melted butter3 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Baking Powder1 teaspoon
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
Sugar or xylitol sweetener1 tablespoon
Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon

Grease your waffle maker and preheat it while preparing the dough.
In a blender, beat the egg, milk, vanilla essence and melted butter until smooth.
Add the flour, sugar, pinch of salt and baking powder and beat again until a smooth dough forms.
With a ladle put a portion of the dough in the waffle maker and leave it until golden brown.
Repeat this process until you run out of dough.
Serve with honey, butter or Nutella with fruit 🎄🎅
If you don't have a waffle maker, you can use a waffle iron and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown 😉
