- Vanilla1 dessert spoon
- Veganella Heat 1 cup of hazelnuts in the oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes only. With them still warm, it is possible to remove the skin easily. Transfer to a mixer or processor. Whisk well until it turns into a flour. After this process, continue processing until the hazelnuts turn into a paste. This process takes time and you must stop to remove the paste from the wall of the mixer or processor. Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Cocoa or Carob; (depends on how strong you like the cocoa flavor) 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar or brown sugar; 1 cup of vegetable drink or half of it (depends on the consistency you want it to be, if more liquid or more pasty) Vanilla to taste; Beat everything again until it is very homogeneous.
