Aqueça 1 xícara de avelãs no forno por aproximadamente 10 a 15 minutos somente.
Com elas ainda mornas , é possível retirar a pele facilmente .
Transfira para um mixer ou processador . Bata bem até que se transforme em uma farinha . 
Após este processo , continue processando até que as avelãs se transformem em uma pasta . Este processo leva tempo e deve-se ficar parando para retirar a pasta da parede do mixer ou processador.

Acrescente então de 2 a 3 colheres de sopa de Cacau ou Alfarroba; ( depende do quão forte você gosta do sabor do cacau)
2 a 3 colheres de açúcar de coco ou açúcar mascavo ;
1 xícara de bebida vegetal ou metade dela ( depende da consistência que você vai querer que fique, se mais líquida ou mais pastosa )
Baunilha à gosto ;

Volte a bater tudo novamente até que fique bem homogêneo.
Pode ser usada como coberturas de bolo, recheio de panquecas , sobremesas …

Heat 1 cup of hazelnuts in the oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes only.

After this process, continue processing until the hazelnuts turn into a paste. This process takes time and you must stop to remove the paste from the wall of the mixer or processor.

Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Cocoa or Carob; (depends on how strong you like the cocoa flavor)
2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar or brown sugar;
1 cup of vegetable drink or half of it (depends on the consistency you want it to be, if more liquid or more pasty)
Vanilla to taste;

Beat everything again until it is very homogeneous.
It can be used as cake toppings, pancake filling, desserts…
