Plant milk (I used Alternativ)1/2 cup
Coconut milk (bottle)200 ml
Refined sugar3/4 cup
Finely grated coconut3/4 cup
Corn starch1 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Crystal sugar and cloves or coarsely grated coconut to taste

In a pan, place the milk, refined sugar, finely grated coconut and starch. Mix well with the heat off.
I turned on the fire at a medium temperature and stir well, without stopping until the ingredients become a softness that completely detaches from the pan. (15 to 20 min).
Place in a shallow dish and spread out to cool faster.
Once the mixture has cooled, roll it up and roll it in granulated sugar or coarsely grated coconut.
