  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Almond flour100 g
  • Demerara sugar200 g
  • Brown Sugar100 g
  • Frozen coconut oil500 ml
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate Chips (optional)400 g
  • Salt1 pint
  1. Portion and mix all dry ingredients
  2. Add the chilled coconut oil to bind the dough, add the vanilla essence and the chilled chocolate drops as well
  3. Shape into cookie shapes, place in a mold and let cool for 10 minutes before placing in the oven.
  4. This process can be done overnight and the cookies can also be frozen shaped like this.
  5. In a preheated oven at 180°, bake the cookies for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Wait a bit to remove them from the mold so they don't break, ready, cookies served!
