- Wheat Flour500 g
- Almond flour100 g
- Demerara sugar200 g
- Brown Sugar100 g
- Frozen coconut oil500 ml
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Chocolate Chips (optional)400 g
- Salt1 pint
- Portion and mix all dry ingredients
- Add the chilled coconut oil to bind the dough, add the vanilla essence and the chilled chocolate drops as well
- Shape into cookie shapes, place in a mold and let cool for 10 minutes before placing in the oven.
- This process can be done overnight and the cookies can also be frozen shaped like this.
- In a preheated oven at 180°, bake the cookies for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Wait a bit to remove them from the mold so they don't break, ready, cookies served!
