Bata no liquidificador a água quente e o açúcar mascavo por 5 minutos.

Blend the hot water and brown sugar in a blender for 5 minutes.

Depois, acrescente a aveia, e bata por mais 5 minutos.


Then add the oats, and beat for another 5 minutes.


Leve esse preparo para uma panela em fogo baixo.Adicione o cacau em pó. 

Take this preparation to a pan over low heat. Add the cocoa powder.

Mexa até desprender do fundo da panela.Isso é muito rápido.

Coloque em um prato para esfriar.
Passe o oleode coco nas mãos, faça as bolinhas e passe no granulado.
