  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar of your choice1 cup
  • Cinnamon1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Medium apples2 unit(s)
  • Vegetable oil1/3 cup
  • Mineral water1 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Chopped walnuts1/2 cup
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Reserve.
  3. Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. Reserve.
  4. In a blender, beat the water, oil and apple peels. Hit it well.
  5. Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients bowl.
  6. Add the apples, walnuts and yeast.
  7. Pour the dough into a previously prepared baking dish (greased with oil and floured).
  8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until you test with a toothpick and it comes out slightly moist, but without any residue.
  9. If you want to make a topping, mix 1/3 cup of confectioners' sugar with 1 tablespoon of plant-based milk. and place on the cooled cake. Enjoy 💖
