- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar of your choice1 cup
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Medium apples2 unit(s)
- Vegetable oil1/3 cup
- Mineral water1 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts1/2 cup
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Reserve.
- Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. Reserve.
- In a blender, beat the water, oil and apple peels. Hit it well.
- Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients bowl.
- Add the apples, walnuts and yeast.
- Pour the dough into a previously prepared baking dish (greased with oil and floured).
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until you test with a toothpick and it comes out slightly moist, but without any residue.
- If you want to make a topping, mix 1/3 cup of confectioners' sugar with 1 tablespoon of plant-based milk. and place on the cooled cake. Enjoy 💖
