Vanilla Pie with Cookie Dough

No liquidificador, coloque as bolachas e bata no modo pulsar, até formar uma farofinha bem fina, sem pedaços de bolacha.

Despeje em uma tigela e adicione a manteiga derretida.Vá misturando com as mãos, até formar uma massa e ter uma consistência compacta, parecido com uma paçoca.

Pour into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix with your hands until it forms a dough and has a compact consistency, similar to paçoca.

Depois espalhe em uma forma removível toda a massa até ficar bem preenchida. Logo depois leve ao forno por cinco minutos. Enquanto bata no liquidificador o creme de leite, leite condensado, baunilha e a gelatina. Após é só despejar o molho na forma e deixar na geladeira por 40 minutos.
