Natural Yogurt

50% cocoa chocolate

Wheat flour

Vanilla marbled cake, hazelnut cream frosting.

Bata os ovos, a manteiga e o açúcar até firmar um creme esbranquiçado e fofo.


Whisk the eggs, butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.


Adicione o yogurte, a água, e a essência de baunilha.
Bata Em velocidade de média a baixa.

Add the yogurt, water, and vanilla essence.
Beat on medium to low speed.

Acrescente aos poucos a farinha de trigo e por timo o fermento.

Gradually add the wheat flour and lastly the yeast.

Dívida a massa em duas tigelas, em uma acrescente o chocolate 50% e misture.

Unte a forma e vá botando um pouco de cada massa para deixar o bolo bem marmorizado.
Leve assar forno pré aquecido 180 a 200graus

Divide the dough into two bowls, in one add the 50% chocolate and mix.

Grease the mold and put a little of each dough to leave the cake well marbled.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 to 200 degrees

Leve todos os ingredientes a panela e mecha bem até que engrosse. 

Take all the ingredients to the pan and stir well until it thickens.

Bolo assado, cobertura pronta, agora é só confeitar. Decore a seu gosto.
