Ingredients
Recipe

Powdered milk1 cup
Hot water1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Strawberry Jam4 tablespoon
Sour cream1 unit(s)

Beat the powdered milk with hot water and the sugar in a blender until creamy.
Add the milk cream, vanilla essence and beat more
Add the whole mixture into a greased mold with a hole and put it in the freezer until it freezes completely.
Once frozen, pass the bottom of the pan over the stove flame just to loosen it up more easily, unmold and serve with the strawberry jam
Cook the strawberries with water and sugar until it reaches the jelly point
