Brown sugar100 g
Refined sugar60 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
Wheat flour190 g
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
Oats60 g
Chocolate chips130 g

Sift the flour and mix the salt, bicarbonate and oatmeal
In a stand mixer, beat the room temperature butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Add the vanilla and egg and beat well.
Add the flour and oat mixture and beat on low speed until incorporated.
From the mixer, add the chocolate chips and shape into 50g balls. Flatten them.
Can be frozen for 3 months. When baking, it can be placed frozen in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake in approximately 10 minutes.
