- Brown sugar100 g
- Refined sugar60 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour190 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Oats60 g
- Chocolate chips130 g
- Sift the flour and mix the salt, bicarbonate and oatmeal
- In a stand mixer, beat the room temperature butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the vanilla and egg and beat well.
- Add the flour and oat mixture and beat on low speed until incorporated.
- From the mixer, add the chocolate chips and shape into 50g balls. Flatten them.
- Can be frozen for 3 months. When baking, it can be placed frozen in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake in approximately 10 minutes.
