- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a mixer.
- Add the milk and wheat flour little by little and continue beating until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Pour in the form that is with caramelized bananas.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes or until golden. Remove, let cool and unmold.
