  • Sugar2 cup
  • Eggs3 g
  • Oil1 cup
  • Water banana or silver12 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
  • Yeast2 teaspoon
  1. Make a syrup with 1 cup of sugar and 300 ml of water, pour it in a 30 cm shape and then slice the bananas in layers not too thick on top of the syrup or vice versa.
  2. Beat the wet ingredients together with 6 bananas for 5 min in the blender, then pour into a bowl and add the wheat flour, cinnamon and baking powder, beating everything lightly.
  3. Pour all the dough in the shape with the syrup and bananas, take it to the oven for 40 min at 180° wait to cool and turn it on a cake base.
