- Corn Starch1 cup
- Water3 cup
- Orange Juice1 cup
- Lemon Juice1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Red artificial coloring1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix the starch with the 3 cups of water and set aside, over low heat, add the orange and lemon juices to the cup of water and sugar, stir until it boils, add the starch mixture, stir until it releases from the bottom of the pan. remove the pan from the heat add the dye pour it into a bowl with plastic wrap let it cool for 3 hours then cut into cubes garnish with icing sugar
