- 1. Leave the whipped cream in the freezer one day before using it for preparation. 2. Blend everything in a blender until you get a creamy consistency for about 5 minutes. 3. Pour the preparation in a refractory, and take it to the fridge. 4. After cooling, fill your fruit, consume it in a maximum of 1 week.
