Uso leite de com Nescau,Levo a uma penela ao fogo,no fogo médio.
E tiro do fogo até está no ponto de brigadeiro,e derretendo a barra meia amargo,e levo a forma de trufas e depois a geladeira, depois coloco o recheio e tampo com o chocolate da barra e deixo na geladeira até ficar firme
