- liquefied mixture. Mix the milk, eggs, vanilla, 50g dulce de leche. Cut the buns in half and moisten until completely soaked.
- In a shallow skillet, melt butter over low heat and fry the inner parts of the bread until they form a tough, golden crust. Reserve and refrigerate.
- Truffling the french toast. I filled 50g of consistent milk code and cubed cheese in the middle of the bread and unified the parts with the dulce de leche. Pass in the wheat, in the liquefied mixture then in the panko.
- Fry the french toast in oil in submersion, until golden and creating a crispy layer. Decorate the dish with drops of dulce de leche. Accompanied by ice cream and crumble it is perfect!
