Condensed milk (1 can)395 g
Sour cream (1 box)200 g
Butter1 tablespoon
Semi-sweet chocolate (bar)200 g
Special granules200 g

In a heavy-bottomed pan, place the condensed milk, the cream and the butter and cook over medium/low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped chocolate and cook for another 5 to 10 min. until it starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
Transfer to a greased container and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the dough. Let cool at room temperature.
Grease your hands and roll the dough. Then finish by passing through the special granules.
