Ingredients

Fresh cream125 ml
Butter15 g
Dark chocolate250 g
Salt to taste
Cocoa powder1/2 to taste

Add the cream to a pan, before it starts to boil, turn off and mix the semisweet chocolate and butter until everything is homogeneous.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours
Then make small balls and pass them in cocoa.
