  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk500 ml
  • Gems4 unit(s)
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence2 teaspoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Kwi1 unit(s)
  • Strawberries4 unit(s)
  • Green apple1 unit(s)
  • Green Grape5 unit(s)
  1. In a refractory, gather the first 4 ingredients, knead until it unglued from your hands.
  2. Line a mold with a false bottom or small molds, suitable for tartelette.
  3. Bake in the oven until golden. Approximately 15mts, remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. For the filling: in a pan, place the sieved egg yolks, sugar and vanilla, stir well until a very creamy porridge is released from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cut the fruit the way you prefer, set aside.
  6. After the dough has cooled, put the cream and decorate with the fruits. ENJOY!!
