- Sugar2 cup
- In a blender place the condensed milk, milk and eggs. Whisk for 5 minutes so it doesn't smell like eggs. Reserve.
- In a form for pudding, put the sugar and it to the low fire. Stir until the sugar melts and becomes a caramel. Pass along the sides of the form.
- Pour the liquid into the mold and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Oven preheated to 200°
- Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
