Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes (exceto a água e o açúcar) até misturar muito bem todos, por +/- 5 minutos.



Blend all ingredients (except water and sugar) in a blender until well blended, for +/- 5 minutes.


Faça uma calda com o açúcar e a água (pode ser feita em uma panela e dispor na forma ou fazer diretamente na forma) o ponto que você desejar, lembrando que quanto mais escura ficar mais amarga também. Disponha na forma com furo no meio e aguarde 1/2 minutos, em seguida coloque  o preparo do pudim.

Make a syrup with the sugar and water (it can be made in a pan and have it in the mold or make it directly in the mold) to the point you want, remembering that the darker it gets, the more bitter it is too. Have it in the shape with a hole in the middle and wait 1/2 minutes, then put the pudding preparation.


Leve ao forno em banho-maria por no mínimo 50 minutos, retire do forno, deixe esfriar e depois de frio leve a geladeira, de preferência de um dia para o outro, depois é só desinformar e servir.

Dica: caso a calda fique presa na forma é só passar a mesma na chama do fogão para ela derreter um pouco.
Dica²: quando for assar, coloque papel alumínio na forma do pudim.


Take it to the oven in a bain-marie for at least 50 minutes, remove from the oven, let it cool and after cold take it to the fridge, preferably overnight, then just uninform and serve.

Tip: if the syrup gets stuck in the mold, just pass it on the stove flame so it melts a little.
Tip²: when baking, put aluminum foil in the pudding mold.
