  • Water1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • liquid milk320 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  1. For the syrup, in a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar.
  2. Gradually add the water and stir until the lumps dissolve.
  3. Let it boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour into a central hole shape. Reserve.
  4. For the pudding, in a blender, beat the condensed milk, liquid milk and eggs. Pour in reserved form.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, place in the fridge for about 5 hours.
  7. Unmold and serve.
