  • Milk (same measure of condensed milk)01 can(s)
  • Eggs03 unit(s)
  • Lemon0 to taste
  • Sugar01 cup
  • Water (half a cup)0 to taste
  1. In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden.
  2. Add half a cup of hot water to the sugar and stir with a spoon.
  3. Let it boil until the sugar clumps melt and the syrup thickens.
  4. Pour the syrup into the pudding mold and set aside.
  5. In a blender, mix all the pudding ingredients and place in the mold.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and take it to the medium oven (180), in a water bath for about 01 hour and 30 min.
  7. While still warm, unmold and refrigerate for about 6 hours and serve.
