Coloque o açúcar pra derreter, depois acrescente água e mexa até formar uma calda e despeje numa travessa com furo.
Depois bata os outros ingredientes no liquidificador e despeje na fôrma por cima da calda de açúcar. 
Eu coloco dentro de uma panela pra cozinhar mais rápido na boca do fogão por uns 30 minutos, pois no forno demora quase 1 hora e gás tá muito caro.
