  • 395g condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Milk (same measure as the box of condensed milk)1 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Syrup: Cup (Tea) of Sugar1 unit(s)
  • Cup (Tea) Water1/2 unit(s)
  1. 1st Pudding: First, blend all the ingredients for 5 minutes in the blender.
  2. 2nd Syrup: Melt the sugar in the pan until it turns brown, then add the water and let it thicken.
  3. Place in a round pudding mold and pour the pudding dough on top.
  4. Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, at 200° with the round roast inside a larger one with water. (bain marie)
  5. Prick a fork to see if it's cooked through.
  6. Let cool and unmold.
