1 tbsp condensed milk 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 glass of coconut milk 250ml milk 1 packet of grated coconut 4 tbsp cornstarch 3 tbsp sugar pitted plums

Adicionar na panela  1 cx de leite condensado 4 colher de sopa de amido de milho misturar até dissolver e acrescentar 250ml de leite 1 vidro de leite de coco 1 cx de creme de leite 1 pacote de coco ralado leva ao fogo mexendo até engrossar deixar cozinhar bem unta com óleo a forma de plástico adiciona  cremosa na forma deixar esfriar para calda 3 colher de açúcar ameixa sem caroço leva para o fogo deixar vira uma calda reserva e deixa esfriar desenformar no prato colocar calda por cima e sirva-se
