- Clean the ears of corn by removing the hairs on them. Separate the corn from the cob with a knife. Cutting from top to bottom.
- After separating the corn from the cob, place the corn in the blender, add the milk and beat until the grains dissolve. About 5 minutes or so.
- After that, sift the dough twice to remove all the pomace and make it smooth.
- Put the liquid in a thick pan and add the sugar. On medium heat, stir until it thickens, when it thickens, let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then stir again, turn off the heat and place the cream in glass bowls of your choice.
- Finally, add cinnamon if you like.
