- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Granules to taste
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine.
- In medium fire, keep stirring until it unglued from the bottom of the pan and gets to the point of brigadeiro.
- Grease a plate with margarine and place the brigadeiro while it is still hot.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to cool completely (about 2 hours)
- Make balls and pass the sprinkles to finish.
