  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate or chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  • Margarine or butter1 tablespoon

  2. Mix well and over low heat, stir until it becomes brigadeiro point.
  3. Brigadeiro point is when it is no longer sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  4. Transfer to a plate greased with margarine and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Speak the balls and pass the sprinkles to finish.
