- Condensed milk01 can(s)
- Coconut milk01 unit(s)
- Grated coconut (for garnish) to taste
- 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗔: Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites in the mixer until they are very firm and set aside. Put the yolks in the mixer, the sugar (270g = 1 and 1/2 cups) and margarine and beat until a light cream. Add the cup of plain yogurt and beat quickly, add the wheat flour (240g = 2 cups) and beat quickly. In the bowl (without beating) with the aid of a whisk, add the yeast in powder and mix lightly, lastly place the egg whites in snow and mix gently. Place in a greased and floured mold and light oven pre-heated to 180°C for approximately 30 to 35 minutes until golden.
- 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗔: Mix condensed milk and coconut milk. Let the cake warm and make holes in the cake with the help of a straw or fork and place the syrup already mixed on top of the cake and finish with the grated coconut.
