  • Sugar270 g
  • Wheat Flour240 g
  • Whole Grain Yogurt01 unit(s)
  • Egg03 unit(s)
  • Baking powder01 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk01 can(s)
  • Coconut milk01 unit(s)
  • Grated coconut (for garnish) to taste
  1. 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗔: Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites in the mixer until they are very firm and set aside. Put the yolks in the mixer, ‎ the sugar‎ (270g = 1 and 1/2 cups) and‎ margarine‎ and‎ beat until‎ a light cream‎.‎ Add the‎ cup of plain‎ yogurt‎ and‎ beat quickly, add the wheat flour (240g = 2 cups) and beat quickly. In the bowl (without beating) with the aid of a whisk, add the yeast in‎ powder and mix lightly, lastly place the egg whites in snow and mix gently. Place in a greased and floured mold and light ‎ oven‎ pre-heated‎ to‎ 180°C‎ for approximately‎ 30‎ to‎ 35‎ minutes‎ until‎ golden.‎ ⁣
  2. 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗔: Mix condensed milk and coconut milk. Let the cake warm and make holes in the cake with the help of a straw or fork and place the syrup already mixed on top of the cake and finish with the grated coconut. ⁣
