- Almond flour125 g
- Brown Sugar150 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder1 dessert spoon
- Lemon zest2 dessert spoon
- Icing sugar to taste
- In a bowl mix the almond flour with the cinnamon, sugar and lemon zest.
- Add the eggs and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Grease and flour a pie pan and place the dough in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
- While the pie bakes, look for the cross of Santiago on the internet, print it and cut it out to characterize the pie, but you can do without it.
- Once the pie is baked and cooled, unmold it. Place the cross in the middle and sprinkle a lot of icing sugar.
- Carefully remove the cross and enjoy your traditional Santiago pie!
