  • Almond flour125 g
  • Brown Sugar150 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon Powder1 dessert spoon
  • Lemon zest2 dessert spoon
  • Icing sugar to taste
  1. In a bowl mix the almond flour with the cinnamon, sugar and lemon zest.
  2. Add the eggs and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Grease and flour a pie pan and place the dough in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
  4. While the pie bakes, look for the cross of Santiago on the internet, print it and cut it out to characterize the pie, but you can do without it.
  5. Once the pie is baked and cooled, unmold it. Place the cross in the middle and sprinkle a lot of icing sugar.
  6. Carefully remove the cross and enjoy your traditional Santiago pie!
