- Curd cheese60 g
- Butter20 g
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Cream ice cream to taste
- Place the coalho cheese in a hot skillet and let it brown on both sides. Reserve.
- Place the butter in the skillet and wait for it to melt.
- Add the two whole peeled bananas and let them brown on both sides.
- In a small roast, place the banana and the curd cheese on top, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in the oven until the sugar melts and serve with ice cream.
