Para preparar essa receita ,você precisará de uma assadeira antiaderente.  Corte a banana ao meio ,e leve a manteiga para derreter ,em seguida acrescente a banana ,e frite até dourar ambos os lados . Retire a banana ,coloque em um prato e reserve. Agora leve a fatia de queijo coalho para dourar na mesma assadeira que fritou a banana. Feito isso ,coloque o queijo sobre a banana. Numa tigela a parte misture o açúcar e a canela ,e em seguida polvilhe por toda banana e queijo ,finalize com o mel,como mostrado na foto . Pronto ,está pronta sua cartola ,agora é só se deliciar . Simples,prática e barata .

Remove the banana, place it on a plate and set aside. Now take the slice of coalho cheese to brown it in the same roasting pan that you fried the banana. After that, place the cheese over the banana. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle all over the banana and cheese, finish with the honey, as shown in the photo. Ready, your top hat is ready, now it's just a delight. Simple, practical and cheap.
