- To prepare this recipe, you will need a non-stick baking sheet. Cut the banana in half, and take the butter to melt, then add the banana, and fry until golden on both sides. Remove the banana, place it on a plate and set aside. Now take the slice of coalho cheese to brown it in the same roasting pan that you fried the banana. After that, place the cheese over the banana. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle all over the banana and cheese, finish with the honey, as shown in the photo. Ready, your top hat is ready, now it's just a delight. Simple, practical and cheap.
