Toffee caramel

Em uma panela pese açúcar e coloque a água.

Leve ao fogo sem mexer e deixe o reduzir por 10 minutos,ou ate chegar na cor ámbar.

Bring to a boil without stirring and let it reduce for 10 minutes, or until it turns amber.

Aqueça o creme de leite e adicione mexendo com um ouet.

Heat the cream and add stirring with an ouet.

Abaixe o fogo e acresente a baunilha e cozinhe por uns 2 minutos,com o fogo baixo acresente a manteiga e aa castanhas.

Lower the heat and add the vanilla and cook for about 2 minutes, with the low heat add the butter and chestnuts.
