  • Sugar180 g
  • Water90 ml
  • Sour cream150 ml
  • Butter (40g)40 tablespoon
  • Vanilla1 to taste
  • Crushed chestnuts100 g
  1. In a pan weigh sugar and add water.
  2. Bring to a boil without stirring and let it reduce for 10 minutes, or until it turns amber.
  3. Heat the cream and add stirring with an ouet.
  4. Lower the heat and add the vanilla and cook for about 2 minutes, with the low heat add the butter and chestnuts.
  5. Let cool.
