- Champagne cookie150 g
- Mascarpone cheese250 g
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Amarula1 tablespoon
- Strong coffee75 ml
- Fresh cream100 ml
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Clara1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder to taste
- In a water bath, place the yolks, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 of the amarula, beat until thick, let it cool
- Mix the iced coffee (50ml) with the mascarpone and set aside
- Beat the cream with the remaining sugar and mix with the egg whites very carefully.
- Mix 25ml of coffee with the rest of the amarula and soak the champagne biscuits.
- In a bowl or with the help of a ring on the plate, make a layer with the biscuit, another layer with the mascarpone, cream with yolk and cream with the whites.
- If you want you can make one more layer like step 5
- Take it to the fridge for 4 hours and serve finishing with chocolate powder.
