- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Granulated1/5 cup
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Cut the carrots into slices and put them in a blender with the oil, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt, let them beat for 3 minutes. Soon after, put the mixture in a bowl and add the sifted flour the few mixing with a fouet, add the baking soda and lastly the granules. Stir gently and add to a bottom shape in the middle greased with oil. Take to bake in oven heated to 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden. Tip: put 1/5 spoon of wheat flour in the granulated so it doesn't sink into the dough.
