- Whole milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Demerera sugar3/4 cup
- Finely grated semisweet chocolate150 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, milk and oil in a blender.
- In a bowl place the flour, sugar and add the blender mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Add the yeast and mix gently.
- Finally, add the grated chocolate and mix gently into the dough.
- Transfer the mixture to a well-greased and floured center pan.
- Bake in preheated medium form for approximately 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test to check if it's done.
- Wait for it to stick, unmold and cover with chocolate shavings
